Hey There Fellow NaNo-er!

We're excited that you're going to be sharing your novel with us in November! Here are some instructions about signing on to the wiki and editing the material.

 Wiki Tech Tip - Adding HTML

If you want to insert HTML, in the top toolbar you'll see an Icon that says "insert plugin". Click on that and then "PBWiki Magic", and you'll see the HTML option. You have to wait until you save the whole page for the image to appear. Until you do that you just see a little green box.

Editing Your Settings

1. When you've been added as a writer, you will receive an email from PBWiki. At the bottom of the email it says "Please click here to join flvsnovels." Click the link, and it will take you to the wiki.

2. Once there, the first page you will see will look like the image below. Be sure to set your notification settings, otherwise you will get hundreds of emails that you don't need.

3. Click on flvsnovels.pbwiki.com to continue. You will create a username and password to allow continued access to the wiki. Then it will take you to the actual wiki. You will see two tabs at the tab of each page. "View" and "Edit". If you click on your page, and "Edit" you can then start posting your novel. If you go to another student's page, you can add comments down at the bottom.
